We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
Role of a Graphic Designer :-
The Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of websites and more.
Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. If you can communicate well and work methodically as part of a team, we’d like to meet you.
The goal is to inspire and attract the target audience.
Duties & Responsibilities :
• Social & marketing assets – We need you to deliver on-brand creative concepts that grab attention and get our brand noticed. From Instagram to e-mail marketing, you have to be comfortable delivering for the most popular digital formats.
• Study design briefs and determine requirements.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using Canva & photoshop.
• Should be well versed with corporate branding, designing flyers, datasheets etc.
• Should be good in Static Designs and Animations (.gif, .mov, .mp4) and proficient in designing collaterals like brochures, case studies, web banners, emailers and Social Media creatives.
• Follow brand guidelines and use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of popular social media platforms from a brand perspective.
• Create social media content to ensure consistency with Treleaf’s voice, tone, and editorial style.
• Partner with Marketing team to build and execute Treleaf’s brand social media strategy.
Desired Skill & Experience:
• Mandatory - Minimum 1-2 years of graphic design experience in an advertising or social media.
• Qualification: Master /Bachelor in Applied Arts
• Social media familiarity - FB, Linkedin, Pinterest, and Insta - is necessary for this role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Design sensibilities, the ability to work on animation software, and Canva is a plus.
• Motion graphics & video editing – Not a must, but If you have experience creating motion graphics or editing video, tell us about it.
• Proficient and Strong in ideation & execution.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Canva, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
