Job Description
As a Graphic Designer, your responsibilities will include working with the Creative Director and other members of the Design team to create and execute new and exciting design projects for our clients. The ideal candidate is creative, driven, and comfortable working on concurrent time-sensitive projects. The individual in this role thrives in a collaborative team environment, is egoless, uses good judgment to effectively execute multiple tasks, and takes ownership of all projects no matter how big or small.
Skills
• Ability to use design software FIGMA
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within the given timelines
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple platforms like web, print, social media, etc.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to receive and apply constructive criticism from other creatives to better enhance work and deliver constructive criticism in appropriate settings to peers to enhance their work
• Self-starter personality with enthusiastic attitude in accepting work/new challenges
• Must be proactive, can work independently, and take the initiative to stay abreast of trends, tools, and best practices
• Conscientious work ethic
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Team player who is comfortable checking others' work and being peer-reviewed, as well as sharing knowledge with team members as needed
Responsibilities
• Design creative assets including but not limited to mood boards, logos, basic animation assets, and other communication materials.
• Develop innovative concepts and design directions, and present work clearly and effectively to internal staff, with a willingness to continue exploring conceptual options.
• Become an expert and advocate of branding guidelines, digital design systems and how we apply them.
• Work with various departments throughout the organization to provide graphic support for projects as requested, while helping to manage project timeline, completion, and final delivery.
Qualifications: Required
• 1 year of experience in graphic design, digital design, or similar
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) and FIGMA (required)
• Working knowledge of Web design (bonus, not required)
• Motion graphic experience (bonus, not required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
