NoCap Meta is a high-functioning web3 company working on diverse projects spanning the verticals of the metaverse, tokenization, and web3 technology services. We work with a variety of clients on projects that are at the edge of web3 development in India and globally.
We are looking for highly driven individuals who are skilled and willing to adapt from project to project. Since we’re a small team, the ability to research independently and work collaboratively is crucial. In turn, work culture is very important to us so we will ensure you have the support you need. Responsibilities:
• Collaborating with the Studio Team to create brand-consistent visual assets.
• Design accurate infographics explaining the products and economics of our ecosystem.
• Create visual content for social media to support our online presence. Produce visual content for in-house use (onboarding, team building, culture).
• Produce visual assets for real-world use (conferences, merch, etc.)
• Design consistent templates for presentations, social posts, overlays, etc.
• Propose potential new content projects.
• Propose inventive ways to repurpose existing content.
• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce the final design
• Test graphics across various media.
• Own and manage assigned projects; keep partners informed of developments, deliver on deadlines, and check in with mentor in case of bumps.
• Implement brand standards and help us find new ways to communicate the brand mission and values effectively.
• Stay up to date with best practices and current technological improvements.
Requirements

• Professional command of Adobe Creative Suite (mainly Illustrator/Photoshop/Sketch) and knowledge of Figma
• Understanding the Web 3.0 space would be a plus.
• Ability to work remotely in a consistent and productive manner.
• Preferred Qualifications Experience working in small (3-8) person creative teams
