We are looking for someone with excellent design skills, good visualization, and artistic & creativity skills. Responsible for making layouts for Brochures, Social Media Campaigns, Mailers, Posters, Packaging, Logo, Promotional Designs, etc
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Produce innovative and high-quality work that meets our business goals and resonates with our users.
• Own the end-to-end design process, ensuring on-time, detailed, and polished deliverables across multiple concurrent work streams, including digital, print, social, email, landing page design (using Insta page), and OOH advertising.
• Collaborating with Marketing, Content, Commercial, and Product teams on the creation and production of campaigns.
• Creation and production of effective multi-channel campaigns and design solutions.
• Executing design work to ensure final deliverables are on brand and impactful to a high degree of accuracy.
• Managing the quality of design throughout all phases of a project
• Use market analyses, best practice guides and user/customer research findings to drive and refine design decision
• Develop and build relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration, and efficiency, and evaluate the feasibility of proposed designs.
• Present concepts and designs to Product, Marketing, Technical, and Development teams, and the global leadership team to gain buy-in
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Significant experience as a Digital Designer across a wide range of marketing channels.
• Passionate about your craft, adaptable to new ways of working, and updated with the latest marketing design trends.
• A good working knowledge of logos, animated GIFs, Social, Digital, OOH, Press, and banners and preparing digital assets for production, motion graphics, and email campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of print production and working with print-quality assets.
• You are a collaborator who understands how to challenge or embrace critical feedback to drive the creation of great work.
• Demonstrate a portfolio of work with a proven track record for producing design work of high quality.
• Significant experience working creatively with multiple brands and visual identity systems on integrated multi-channel campaigns
• Significant knowledge and experience using industry-standard design (Adobe Creative Suite especially Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), Instapage, Adobe After Effects & Canva. Knowledge of working PowerPoint is desirable but not essential.
• Experience working in close collaboration with Marketing, Content, and Client Relationship teams
• You have the ability to work across multiple concurrent projects and ensure that they are delivered on or before their deadlines.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively to colleagues, partners, stakeholders, and especially senior executives
• Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment
• Should have organizing skills and the ability to create template
