The Opportunity
Graphic Designers at Loud Mob Media create designs that the world loves. The design team is constantly conceptualizing, planning, and creating high-end industry-leading work for global brands like Slice, Xiaomi, Redmi, and POCO among others and the search is now on for a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our award-winning team in Pune.
You know your way around the fast-paced agency environment and onboard with you a strong experience in the multidisciplinary space involving high content properties and quick design turnaround. You bring a suite of creative problem-solving abilities, full-stack design capabilities, and well-rounded software sophistication that helps you move across different projects with ease and deliver relevantly.
You are proficient with the fundamentals of design communication and display a masterful grasp of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
You derive design directions from management-level briefings and are comfortable working on anything from high-profile campaigns and multimedia experiential activations to micro-sites and larger design systems.
You'll have the opportunity to work alongside the team, assisting with project designs and turning creative connections into living breathing projects. We offer an exciting avenue for you to generate production-level graphic work for a global design and advertising agency and achieve mastery over your disciple in a vibrant in-person culture.
As a Graphic Designer at Loud Mob Media, you will:
Work with the team to define the look and feel of high-priority deliverables
Assist in developing interactive design elements and branding solutions
Design pixel-perfect artwork and assets from mood boards through to final deliver
Lead creating design documentation (such as style guides)
Collaborate and brainstorm with producers, and the creative and development team
Estimate the time required to complete tasks
Present finalized ideas and concepts to project managers and senior producers
Deliver design that is on brief, aligns with the agency’s design philosophy, and is overall, creatively excellent.
Manage a multi-project schedule
Handle repetitive tasks with focus
As a Graphic Designer at Loud Mob Media, what you’ll bring
2+ years of similar experience within an agency, studio, or in-house setting.
Diploma or degree in Design is considered an asset but not a necessity
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator
The ability to create compelling design work – a masterful grasp of composition, color, type, and most important concepts.
You know how to keep your files, layers, and folders super-organized
You’re well-versed in English and production tricks.
Knowledge of Digital Design
Ability to take art direction and critique
Must have a keen eye for detail
Strong conceptual thinking
Interest in emerging technologies and design trends
Ability to collaborate with a team and also work autonomously
Understanding of production process
