Job Description
Sprinklr is looking for enthusiastic, creative digital designers for the Creative Team in Marketing. As a digital designer in the Creative Team, you will be a creative thought-partner with a strong design background and collaborate as a part of a larger team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. You will work with multiple marketing verticals, and creative partners to design projects end-to-end by executing complex and ambiguous briefs with minimal direction.
You will be working closely with a team of digital designers, writers, graphic designers, and videographers, supporting the team in digital and web design projects. You'll participate in creative briefs, build timelines, ensure all deadlines are met, communicate with stake holders and can conceptualize and ideate creative solutions, support all design decisions with creative, strategic and/or business reasoning, present creative concepts and ideas. You will help to create and design digital interfaces, GUIs, and digital content for various digital media such as websites, microsites, social media content, and other digital interactive content. You'll leverage existing microsite templates, create fresh templates and apply concepts of good UI/UX to make user-friendly sites and bring the latest website design, technical and system trends into the design of websites and digital content.
Responsibilities
• Design and manage web pages, landing pages, and other web properties for the company domain, in line with brand guidelines
• Evangelize and communicate design ideas with user flows, site maps, and wireframes
• Participate in creating the design visual imagery for website, blog and ensure that they are in line with brand guidelines
• Bring design ideas to life from concept to execution by collaborating with the content team, website team and creative teams
• Create HTML email newsletters, optimize existing creatives, image hosting, image manipulation
• Create landing pages, participate in testing and optimizing them for conversion using web design levers
• Manage and optimize the existing web pages, while implementing and defining new ones
• Test and improve the design of the website, incorporate functionalities and features into websites
• Work collaboratively with other Designers, Developers, Content strategists, SEO specialists, and Marketers.
Preferred Experience
• Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools
• Proficiency in Figma & Proto-typing
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues
• Excellent visual design skills
• Track record of designing flows and wireframes with a strong bias towards user-centric design
