Graphic Designers at CLRI are generally responsible for creating Thumbnails, Posters, Community posts, and other collaterals mainly to be used in all formats of YouTube and some general creatives. Whereas Video Editors will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for broadcasting. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects. As a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering various collaterals for internal and external purposes. As Visuals have become the best way for communicating a company's messages on online platforms, your position will play an important role in our company's success.
CTC: 35K-40K
Roles & Responsibility as a GD
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of Graphic Designing
• Improving and correcting lighting, coloring, and faulty images.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Understanding how different platforms need different creatives (e.g., Social Media vs Website) and knowing exactly what creatives work best on what platform.
• Knowing how to position the collateral, (new or current) so it will create the biggest amount of virality and engagement in a Video.
• Being able to work independently and give input and suggestions to the Team.
• Being able to think in storytelling through designs, images, and text, be creative and understand industry trends.
• Supporting to the creation of systems & processes to make the process faster.
Roles & Responsibility as a Video Editor
• Manage and oversee all technical aspects of video recording and editing
• Work on Green screen videos with necessary motion graphic elements.
• Need to work on Teasers and Trailers whenever there is a launch of new programs.
• Following a script, screenplay, or outline.
• Reviewing shooting script and raw material to create a short decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
• Ensuring the project follows a logical sequence.
• Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
• Experimenting with styles and techniques including the design of graphic elements.
Required Qualifications & Skills As a GD:
• Strong hands-on experience with software like Photoshop and Illustrator. Additional software is a plus.
• Creative and artistic skills.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.
• Good Interpersonal Skills and communication.
• Communication skills, both written and oral
Required Qualifications & Skills as an Editor:
• Hands-on experience with editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Creative and artistic skills.
• Ability to work on a tight schedule.
• Ability to translate ideas into complete projects.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills
• Overseeing the quality and progress of audio and video engineering and editing.
• Good Interpersonal Skills and communication.
• A high level of self-motivation, commitment, and dedication toward work.Organizational and time management skills
