Job Description
Location: Bangalore / Coimbatore
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join Soliton's marketing team
and create engaging graphics for online and print media. You would shape the visual aspects
of our social media posts, website, emails, magazines, product packaging, exhibitions, etc.
Your graphics should inspire and attract the attention of the target audience while
communicating the right message.

Your Day-to-Day
• Study design briefs and conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Work with team to understand the marketing goals, and campaign needs and translate it into
graphic visuals. Design the final graphics using digital creative software such as Adobe Suite.
• Prepare rough designs/concepts for iteration, present ideas, test graphics across various
media and amend designs after feedback.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software using the appropriate colors
and layouts for each graphic.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• You will be required to design a wide range of graphical content such as Illustrations, Posters,
• Banners, Social Media Creatives, Social Media Ad Images, logos, Presentations, Brochures etc.
What you will bring to the team
• Proven graphic designing experience of 2+ years.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations, poster designs or other graphics.
• Creative ideas and out-of-box-thinking.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Cloud/ Affinity,
• Sketch/ Figma & PowerPoint).
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details; Understanding of color theory.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
