Graphic Designer and Video Editor
We are looking for a creative and skilled graphic designer and video editor to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and editing engaging visual content for various platforms, such as web, social media, print, and video. You will work closely with other members of the team to understand the project requirements and deliver high-quality products that match the brand identity and vision.
Responsibilities:
Design graphics, animations, infographics, logos, banners, flyers, brochures, and other visual elements for different projects and platforms.
Edit raw footage into polished videos that convey the intended message and meet the quality standards.
Add music, sound effects, voice-overs, subtitles, transitions, and other elements to enhance the video content.
Review and revise the design and video content based on feedback and suggestions.
Ensure consistency and coherence of the visual style across all platforms and projects.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of the projects.

Edit raw footage into engaging and informative videos for web, social media, and other platforms.
Follow the script and storyboard for each project.
Use appropriate tools and software to edit videos that meet the specifications and expectations.
Incorporate feedback and suggestions into the editing process
Maintain a portfolio of video editing work.

Key Performance Indicator 1: Quality of Work
The quality of work is measured by the following criteria:
Accuracy: The work is free of errors and mistakes
Creativity: The work is original and innovative.
Relevance: The work is aligned with the project objectives and target audience.
Aesthetics: The work is visually appealing and attractive.
Key Performance Indicator 2: Timeliness of Work
The timeliness of work is measured by the following criteria:
Deadlines: The work is completed within the agreed time frame
Punctuality: The work is submitted on or before the due date
Responsiveness: The work is updated or revised as per the feedback or requests

Terms of Reference (ToR) define the purpose and scope of the project, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the graphic designer and video editor. The ToR include the following information:
Project Name: The name of the project or campaign that requires graphic design and video editing services.
Project Description: A brief overview of the project objectives, background, context, target audience, expected outcomes, etc.
Project Deliverables: A list of specific products or outputs that need to be delivered by the graphic designer and video editor, such as graphics, videos, animations, etc.
Project Timeline: A schedule of milestones and deadlines for each deliverable or task.
Project Budget: A breakdown of costs and expenses for each deliverable or task.
Project Team: A lis t of names and contact details of the project team members, including the graphic designer and video editor, as well as their roles and responsibilities.
