Job Summary
We are looking for a “Creative Graphic Designer” to join the team with a background in corporate & brand designing. Should be a conceptual thinker who can bring team's ideas to life in new and inspiring ways. Should have a strong point of view on design. Which, shows in writing, speaking and work. When decide to make something, it should be handled from the vision, concept to launch without any hand-holdings.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Should be expert in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conceptualizing and designing brand identity, communication collateral (digital & print), brand campaigns, etc. for our clients
• Managing and guiding young designers, and helping them.
• Should be able to take client / users / stakeholder requirements and be able to convert their thoughts and words into pictures
• Must understand design as a language and be able to express it
• Designing posts for Social media, website templates, layouts, logo creation etc.
• Present concept visualization drafts through sketches, drawings and illustrations
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts,graphics and layouts
• Ability to illustrate your idea in various looks and styles, and quickly translate your ideas visually for your team
• Needs an eye for details like font colour, style, background colours, scale, contrast and typography
• Have experience in conceptual and design thinking
Qualifications and Skills
• Expert on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign ,After effects,Flash.
• Knowledge of In design, Adobe premiere,Motion Graphics, Vector illustrations.
• White Board Videos and 2D Animation is plus.
• Deep understanding of UI best practices, color theory, layout, and typography
• 3+ year of proven design experience.
• Strong portfolio of product designs.
• Highly proficient in all design aspects and latest design trends.
• A Diploma or Degree in the graphic or visual designing - Preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
