He should possess creative mind and should have past record of performance with a successful Advertising company or a Fashion brand.

1. Should have a creative mind in the current field.
2. Work on social media posts designing
3. Work on social and near display advertisement
4. Handle Facebook ads creation
5. Brand identity work
6. Work on animated videos
7. Work on digital marketing through motion graphic videos
8. Brainstorm and work on ideation sessions with the creative team

10. Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
