As we look to expand our team, we're looking for a creative and unique graphic designer. You'll have the duty of producing visually appealing and interesting designs that support our brand image and marketing goals as a graphic designer. As part of our marketing and design teams, you will collaborate closely to develop high-quality graphics for use on a variety of digital and print media.
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer to join our team. As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs that align with our brand image and marketing objectives. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality graphics across various digital and print platforms.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including website banners, social media posts, email newsletters, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience to ensure designs effectively communicate the desired message.
3. Create and implement design concepts, graphics, and layouts using industry-standard design software, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design best practices.
4. Generate new ideas and concepts for visual communication, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating innovative design techniques.
5. Conduct research and gather relevant materials to support design projects, such as images, icons, fonts, and color schemes.
6. Work closely with the design team to review and provide feedback on design concepts, ensuring they meet quality standards and project requirements.
7. Iterate and revise designs based on feedback received from team members and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of final design assets.
8. Collaborate with external vendors, printers, and other service providers to ensure the accurate and timely production of printed materials.

10. Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating time effectively.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related field.
2. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising setting.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Excellent creativity and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
6. Solid communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, understand project requirements, and incorporate feedback.
7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
