Job Description:
Develop and create visually compelling designs, illustrations, and layouts for a wide range of projects for digital media.
Collaborate with team to understand their design requirements and project objectives.
Use design software and tools to create high-quality graphics, logos, icons, and other visual elements.
Select appropriate color schemes, typography, and imagery to enhance the overall design concept.
Create and edit images, photos, and videos to ensure they meet the desired specifications.
Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all design materials.
Keep up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and industry standards to continuously improve design skills and stay innovative.
Work closely with other team members, such as marketers, and web developers, to ensure effective collaboration and project success.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative concepts.
Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or other relevant tools.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
