Minimum of three years of professional experience in graphic design
Strong portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design software
Ability to create unique, visually appealing designs for print and digital media
Exceptional creative and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Roles and responsibilities:
Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and other relevant programs
Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content for different social media channels
Brainstorm fresh concepts and ideas based on company goals and current social media trends
Present creative ideas and drafts to the team for review
Ensure all graphic elements are consistent in terms of style, colors, and messaging
Design and test graphic elements for optimal display on various devices
Work with the marketing team to build a cohesive, engaging social media presence
Measure key performance indicators and recommend strategies for improvement
Advise on best practices and optimizations throughout design projects
Collaborate with fellow designers to develop more-expressive graphics and content for the company
Job Knowledge requirement:
