About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who is familiar with the YouTube space. As a thumbnail designer you will be responsible for developing concepts, compositing and designing out those concepts.
What you’ll be doing:
Concept new and original ideas
Generate realistic/eye catching thumbnails using photoshop and photo manipulation skills
Stay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail space
Coordinate with the thumbnail production team to make sure we are capturing all assets necessary for the creation of our thumbnails
Collaborating with other team members to generate the best designs possible. This includes idea generation, sharing assets and providing helpful feedback
What makes you a fit:
1+ years of photoshop experience preferred
Ability to use Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Advanced in photo manipulation
Great understanding of visual design principles and elements
Working knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail design
Ability to work collaboratively with individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation
