We are seeking a talented and creative Fresher Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. As a Fresher, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in both graphic design and video editing. You will work closely with our experienced designers and editors to produce high-quality visual content for various projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
Assist in creating visual elements, including logos, illustrations, layouts, and other design assets.
Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and design solutions that align with project goals.
Ensure the visual consistency and brand guidelines across all design materials.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to enhance creative output.
2. Video Editing:
Edit raw footage and assemble video content in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
Incorporate graphics, animations, and effects to enhance the video content.
Ensure smooth transitions, audio synchronization, and overall video quality.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative video ideas.
3. Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual content.
Collaborate with team members to review and provide feedback on design and video projects.
Maintain open communication and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines.
4. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar applications.
Familiarity with motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects, is a plus.
Basic understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and layout principles.
Qualifications:
1. Education: A bachelor's degree or graphic designing related course.
2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing skills is required. Include samples of your work that demonstrate your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work with diverse projects.
3. Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of design and video editing software is necessary. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies is essential.
4. Creativity: A passion for creative visual storytelling and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain visual consistency and quality throughout design and video projects.
