Responsibilities And Duties
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media competitive landscape and market trends
Key Success Metrics
• Have an interest in the data industry and are willing to turn data into visually appealing creative
• Collaborative individuals who thrive working for an in-house design or marketing team and can efficiently handle multiple projects with ease.
• Can flawlessly execute designs that adhere to marketing best practices and established brand guidelines: Professional and authoritative without being stuffy or dry.
• A flexible & proactive approach, as well as being open to feedback when working with a team.
Strong Logical Skills
• 6 months to 1 year of prior graphic design experience with a polished, clean portfolio that showcases elevated designs.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
• Familiarity with Adobe XD/Figma would be a plus.
• Motion graphics, animation, and video work with an understanding of UI/UX Design for web would be preferred.
• In depth understanding of typography, color and layouts.
• Up-to-date with recent design best practices and tools
