We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our design team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and impactful designs for various clients that align across various platforms. Your expertise in graphic design will contribute to enhancing our marketing efforts, creating engaging social media content, designing marketing collateral, and supporting other design needs of the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Develop visually captivating designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners and graphics, advertisements, infographics, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience in order to deliver creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages and enhance brand awareness.
• Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent implementation of brand elements across all design deliverables.
• Take ownership of social media design, producing eye-catching visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement across various platforms.
• Work closely with the content team to conceptualize and design visually appealing illustrations, icons, and other graphic elements that complement written content and improve overall user experience.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies, and continuously explore innovative and creative approaches to design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and web development, to ensure design concepts are seamlessly integrated into various projects.
• Take ownership of design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines and delivering high-quality designs within deadlines.
Qualifications:
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
• Proficient in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with design tools like Sketch or Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects that demonstrate creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, receiving and providing constructive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media best practices, and web design principles.
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics is a plus.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and responsive design is an advantage.
