We are a rapidly growing digital advertising company looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer (Social Media Campaign and UI/UX Design) you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our clients' messages and capture their target audience's attention.
Job Description:
1. Graphic Design: Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print materials, including social media campaigns, advertisements, infographics, brochures, and other marketing collateral. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.
2. Social Media Campaign Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). Design engaging visuals, including banners, posts, stories, and ads, that capture the target audience's attention and drive user engagement.
3. UI/UX Design: Design user interfaces for digital products, such as websites, mobile applications, and software interfaces. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of the designed interfaces.
4. Visual Branding: Maintain consistent visual branding across all design deliverables, including social media assets and UI/UX designs. Apply appropriate color schemes, typography, and graphic elements to enhance brand recognition and user experience.
5. Design Strategy: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and business objectives. Provide creative input and contribute to the development of design strategies that align with marketing and branding goals.
6. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of design assets for social media campaigns and UI/UX design projects.
7. Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies. Incorporate current design trends and industry standards to create visually compelling and innovative designs.
8. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers, copywriters, developers, and other designers, to ensure alignment and cohesion in design projects. Collaborate effectively to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality design solutions.
9. Tools and Software: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, or other relevant tools for creating and presenting design work.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in graphic design, specifically in social media campaign design and UI/UX design.
- Strong proficiency in design software and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, InVision).
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their specifications, and best practices for creating effective visual content.
- Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles, user-centered design, and information architecture.
- Creative portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including social media campaign designs and UI/UX projects.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to think creatively, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with team members and present design concepts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
