Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer with 0-1 year of experience, you will work closely with our design team to create visually appealing and impactful designs across various mediums. Your primary responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing design projects, collaborating with team members, and delivering high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and objectives. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital and print mediums, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners, and advertisements. • Develop innovative and creative design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message. • Understand project requirements and contribute to brainstorming sessions, suggesting design ideas and approaches. • Work with a variety of design software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch) to create designs and artwork. • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects. • Stay uptodate with industry trends, techniques, and best practices in graphic design. • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to ensure design alignment and timely project delivery. • Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and achieve desired outcomes. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative abilities. • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. • Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. • Understanding of digital and print design requirements and specifications. • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. • Selfmotivated and able to work independently while also being open to feedback and guidance.
