Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, web graphics, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts that align with our brand and marketing goals
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to create designs and layouts
Ensure all designs are high quality and error-free
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on project status
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs are current and engaging
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or marketing setting
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Strong understanding of design principles, colour theory, typography, and layout
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Portfolio showcasing relevant design work
Salary:
₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Kolkata,
West Bengal:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
• Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
