We at Oodagaa, are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating our company's brand identity, values, and messaging into visually appealing designs across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product development, and content teams to create compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand's story and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of digital and print materials, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, logos, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand project objectives, and deliver designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our designs.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and devices, maintaining consistency across various channels.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintain an organized file management system for design assets, ensuring easy retrieval and accessibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
- Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and changing priorities.
