Job Description
We are inviting applications from visual communication design professionals with a passion for designing creative and effective designs and artworks for projects to be managed by our multidisciplinary design studio.
Candidates from NIFT, NID & Pearl Academy will be preferred.
Desired Candidate Profile :
Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / related field
Strong understanding of typography, composition, and colour
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written
Designer should demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
Ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD / Figma.
Exposure to user-centric design, rapid prototyping, and user testing
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
Time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Well organized and well planned (yes, we know this is a big ask!)
Happy, fun loving and imaginative
Responsibilities :
Taking design briefs to understand requirements
Conceptualizing and developing design ideas
Translating ideas into sketches, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Presenting ideas, concepts, and solutions to customers and to the leadership team
Implementing the approved ideas into artworks
Ensuring projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Educational Requirements
Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design / Fine Arts / B.Design related field
In the absence of a degree, must be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge through self learning

The studio will provide a full range of services to all customers who are passionate about good design, regardless of their size and scale.
The studio is hiring a team of designers, editors and writers, who will work in collaboration with developers and coders at Adaan and outside, and create enriching design experiences
