Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and motivated In-House Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling graphics for our clients, contributing to our marketing strategies, and communicating our clients' brands visually in a way that resonates with their target audience.
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the team to determine project scope and requirements.
2. Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, such as logos, banners, infographics, web pages, and social media graphics.
3. Design and produce captivating graphics for our diverse client base, reflecting the unique style and message of each brand.
4. Use your innovative thinking to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
5. Present finalized ideas and concepts to team members or clients.
6. Amend designs after feedback and make sure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
7. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends to keep our agency at the forefront of design innovation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
2. Proven graphic designing experience, preferably in an agency or similar environment.
3. Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality graphic design work.
4. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design tools.
5. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and limitations of the web; must understand Flash and have the ability to storyboard.
6. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
7. Strong communication skills to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.
8. Experience with illustration, both digital and hand-drawn, would be an advantage.
