About the role:
The Teabox Creative Team is seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join their in-house creative engine based out of Siliguri, West Bengal. This team works on creating impactful visual communication for Teabox and other businesses, requiring a strong understanding of design and communication across various consumer segments and industries.
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least 2 years of work experience in art or design, with a preference for a traditional agency background.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro and Illustrator, with knowledge of After Effects as a plus.
• Video editing skills is a MUST
• The ability to multitask, handle multiple projects and make confident design decisions.
• A keen sense of design and a 'can-do' attitude, with excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Packaging and presenting designs for various businesses.
• Creating e-mailers, inserts, brochures, and catalogs for offline and online channels.
• Making confident design decisions that communicate Teabox brand identity.
• Organising and prioritising workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Bringing a strong creative point of view to the design community and Teabox as a whole
• To help create videos for social media and FB ads.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Cloud, with experience in After Effects a plus.
• A passion for storytelling, with a keen eye for photography and videography.
• Experience in designing creative and communication for digital media.
• Fluent in best practices and technologies for web-based and mobile design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant user-centered design solutions will be required.
