Job Description
As a Graphic Designer with two years of experience, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and graphics that communicate messages effectively and captivate target audiences. Your role will involve working closely with clients, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketers, writers, and developers, to translate their requirements into compelling visual materials. You will utilize your design skills, creativity, and technical expertise to produce high-quality graphics across various mediums, including print and digital platforms.
Responsibilities
1. Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts for a wide range of projects, such as websites, social media posts, infographics, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
2. Create Packaging Design – Boxes, Labelling, User Manuals, etc.
3. Develop design concepts, mock-ups, and prototypes to present to clients and gather feedback.
4. Select appropriate colors, typography, and imagery to enhance the overall visual appeal and effectiveness of the designs.
5. Create and optimize graphics for various digital platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
6. Stay updated on emerging design trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve design skills and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Collaborate with developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of designs into websites, applications, or other digital platforms.
8. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least two year of professional experience.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Coral Draw (Advance).
4. Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
5. Ability to effectively communicate and present design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. A portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and a diverse range of projects.
