Graphic Designer

As a key member of the design group, you will be tasked with various aspects of design projects, including research, and interactive and visual design. This is a small team, and the position requires strong problem-solving skills and independent thought leadership, coupled with an aptitude for collaboration and open communication.What you'll do:
• Collaborate with interaction designers to create clear, beautiful, and delightful designs that blend brand personality, visual design, motion design, and sound.
• Contribute thoughtful feedback for interaction designers to ensure that visual design and interaction work well in tandem.
• Develop and refine a visual system that supports the interactions that make our users want to spend time with the product, and those engineers can build.
• Possessed a genuine collaborative attitude and enthusiasm for an inclusive design process that incorporates feedback from others.
• Iterate on designs to find the most effective solution.
• Conceptualize and execute creative assets for social, digital, and email.
• Responsible for photo editing and design services which includes creating and revising projects
• Responsible for Post-Production which includes photo edit, ingest, tag, and label imagery for upload to RG DAM
• Ability to imagine and rapidly iterate on beautiful, pixel-perfect visuals.
• Collaborate with developers and product management to specify and implement new visual designs and UI animations with top-notch quality.
• Contribute to the evolution of the RoundGlass brand look
• Understanding digital platforms and their importance is highly required.
• Understanding of apps, Operating systems like android, iOS & web apps will be mandatory.
• Following the design Style guide & road map & thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
• Working on a wide range of platforms, Digital and Print
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies, emerging tools, web exposure, color knowledge developing interactive design working as part of a team with copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, web developers, and marketing specialists.
• Given a creative brief, design compelling assets geared towards meeting and achieving the goals set forth.
• Work collaboratively and independently to meet goals and deadlines
Who we're looking for:
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with an emphasis in visual design
• Proficient in Adobe Create Cloud, Figma, After effects.
• Proven design experience with successful product launches
• Understands how to design for mobile-first environment
• Fluency in user-centered design practices and principles results-driven willing to kick ass to make agreed-upon deadlines
• Multitasking is a must as you will be handling more than one project at a time
• A strong portfolio demonstrating sensitivity to typography, color, contrast, and information hierarchy, from broad concepts to tiny details
• BA or BFA degree in Graphic Design, User Experience Design, or related fields
• Awareness of trends in communication, collaboration, and user interface design
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus
• Brand marketing and Social design experience
