Roles & Responsibility
• Take autonomy in conceptualising, designing, and implementing creative graphics on time.
• Assist team with creative visuals, sketches and videos post brain-storming sessions.
• Work on initial sketches to deliver impactful creatives.
• Contribute with creative ideas to increase social media engagement with regard to design, graphics, videos, and other graphical content as required. Design different layouts of brochures, web banners, videos, product mockups, and advertisements
• Maintain consistency of design collaterals in terms of design quality, design principles, and design language
• Take up website design, branding exercises with internal stakeholders and external agencies
• Take up Video Designs with animations and transitions following Motion Design Principles.
• Frequently innovate layouts and graphics to break the monotony in style, keeping brand guidelines intact
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree (reputed design college) in graphic design/visual communications/fine arts or any other relevant design course is a must.
• 3+ years of work experience (working as an individual or in the team) Majority experience in graphic design (print media, digital, product marketing)
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and more from Adobe creative suite Video making tools like Camtasia, Biteable, Doodly, etc
• Strong graphic design skills
• Layout & Analytical skills
• Creativity and Originality
• The flexibility of working hours
• Attention to detail
• Time-management & Communication skills Handles rejection/feedbacks/criticism
