Key Responsibilities:
1. Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging visuals that align with our brand identity and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet the quality standards set by the company.
- Stay updated with design trends and software tools to produce innovative and eye-catching graphics.
2. Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Qualifications:
- 0 - 2 years of experience in graphic design and marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
- Must have access to your own laptop and design software.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
