Responsibilities
• Graphic Design: Create visually appealing design materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, web banners, and advertisements.
• Concept Development: Assist in developing creative concepts and ideas for design projects in line with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to create and edit graphics and layouts.
• Image Editing: Edit and retouch images as needed to enhance their visual impact.
• Typography: Choose appropriate fonts and layouts for design projects, ensuring legibility and aesthetic appeal.
• Color Theory: Apply knowledge of color theory to create visually pleasing and consistent color schemes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure that design projects align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends and design best practices to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into your work.
• Time Management: Meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Feedback: Accept and implement feedback from senior designers and team members to refine and improve design work.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects and skills.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
