Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing/Design
Reports To: Creative Team Leader
Job Summary: Seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative for websites, web pages, product graphics, email promotional creative, email templates, social media graphics, and banner ads.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce multimedia pieces for use on websites, in multimedia presentations, and for interactive displays and exhibits.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and produce print materials such as brochures, ads, outdoor banners, and posters.
Create and deliver motion graphics for various media.
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software to create and manipulate visual elements.
Understand design/brand briefs and translate them into creative designs.
Maintain and enhance websites by adding and improving design and interactive features.
Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company materials.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio of design work, showing solutions to business problems through effective design.
• Able to present concepts and lead internal teams to the correct solution.
• Experience in web marketing/web design with a strong knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, FTP, web design and development principles.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe suite or similar software.
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management.
• Good interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
• Video editing and animation skills.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media.
• Previous experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience.
Work Environment:
• Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative space where team brainstorming is encouraged.
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
