About the Role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs for a range of digital and print materials, including websites, marketing materials, presentations, and more.
You will be expected to work closely with our marketing and product team to develop designs that align with our brand and help drive business growth. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Create, maintain, and manage the visual systems, brand identity, production quality, and style guide
Focus on the newest trends, design tips, and engagement data from previous campaigns to create a distinctive storytelling style for the brand.
A great understanding of Branding and Visual Design with relentless attention to detail and consistency.
Take part in ideation, planning and prioritization of brand design in the short and long-term goals of the organization in mind.
Create and maintain a library of design assets, including logos, icons, and graphics.
Design visuals for the company's website and other digital platforms
Stay up to date with design trends and technologies, and incorporate them into the company's visual identity
You know what quality looks like and how to help product teams ship at that quality with minimal impact on velocity.
Requirements:
A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, along with experience using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite / Figma / Blender / others.
A strong portfolio of work, a passion for design and innovation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Abilities to be able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
