Graphic Designer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW software. They will be responsible for developing concepts, designing graphics, banners, logos, web layouts, presentations, and mockups. The candidate should have experience in both print and digital design, and possess a strong knowledge of design theory and principles. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and design graphics, banners, logos, web layouts, presentations, and mockups. • Prepare rough drafts based on provided briefs and refine them until the final design is achieved. • Review designs for errors and ensure they meet the required standards before sending them for review. • Collaborate with team members to ensure designs are aligned with the overall project goals and branding guidelines. • Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies. Requirements: • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW. • Experience in both print and digital designing. • Strong knowledge of design theory and principles. • Ability to prepare rough drafts and refine them based on feedback. • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in design work. • Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English. • Basic understanding of video editing is a plus. • Creative and innovative thinking. • Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment. • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills. • Hands-on experience with task management software such as Asana or Wrike
