Your Role & Responsibilities
We are searching for a Designer that is creative, client-focused and wants to make a real impact on how HCLTech is presented to clients and prospects. As a Designer, you will work on creating client facing assets with excellent understanding of typography, layout, animation
This specific role will be focused on…
• Conceptualization and implementation of design solutions that meet presentation strategies from concept to completion
• Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas
• Producing attractive and effective designs primarily for pitch decks and client-facing collaterals,
• campaigns and projects
• Having good knowledge of Printing process
• Demonstrating graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Having Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements
• Degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field: Fine art, Graphic design, BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design or a Visual Arts subject
• Experience with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, CSS
Desired Qualifications
• Ability to meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment
• Creative industry experience with background of working as part of a design team
• Ability to see projects through to completion
• Consistency regardless of project size
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to listen to different perspectives and opinions, and to consider them objectively and constructively.
From time-to-time a designer may need to work hours that aren’t typical, so a flexible approach is needed to get the best from the job.
