Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer Trainer to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of work experience, excelling in training individuals on graphic design principles and tools. The position is based in Delhi and offers an opportunity to work remotely while contributing to our digital excellence journey.
Qualifications and Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator for creating vector graphics and illustrations
• Strong understanding of typography principles and techniques
• Proficiency in layout design to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs
• Excellent visual communication skills to convey messages effectively through design
• Creativity with a keen eye for innovative ideas and graphic trends
• Attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality in design output
• Ability to train and mentor individuals in graphic design fundamentals and software
Roles and Responsibilities
• Conduct training sessions on Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools
• Develop and deliver instructional materials for graphic design courses
• Evaluate and assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance training content
• Collaborate with team members to manage and improve the training curriculum
• Assist in the design and production of visual assets for company projects when needed
• Ensure trainees understand basic and advanced design principles and their practical applications
• Facilitate interactive and engaging training sessions to maximize learning outcomes
