Are you obsessed with creating graphics that move culture? You’ll design original graphic artwork for our apparel and accessories, bringing our brand identity, product pillars, and seasonal stories to life. Working closely with our in-house design, creative, and production teams, you’ll create graphics that genuinely connect with our community.

From bold typographic and sport-inspired motifs to heritage streetwear designs and limited capsule drops, you’ll produce artwork that captures our brand DNA - inspiring, engaging, and distinctly us.

Key tasks and responsibilities

Design original graphic artwork across apparel and accessories for LSKD
Create artwork across multiple applications — print, embroidery, applique, woven, digital, and other specialty executions
Produce production-ready files with a clear understanding of print techniques, limitations, and best practices
Translate seasonal narratives and brand pillars into cohesive graphic concepts
Build seasonal graphic packs, mood boards, and presentation decks for internal reviews and sign-off
Maintain consistency with LSKD’s brand tone, values, and community-driven message while pushing innovation and hype
Work closely with Creative Direction, Design and Product Development to bring concepts through the pipeline
Identify emerging aesthetics, motifs, typography trends, and cultural signals to keep graphics ahead of the curve
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Deliver artwork on time and in alignment with range build timelines, GTM milestones, and design reviews

Essential skills and exposure

5+ years’ graphic design experience, ideally in streetwear, activewear, or youth culture brand
A strong portfolio of tee graphics showing typography, illustration, and layout skills
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Solid understanding of print processes and fabric applications (water-based, plastisol, puff, flock, appliqué, embroidery, digital, etc.
Great eye for composition, balance, and colour storytelling
Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Passion for sport, fitness, community, and being 1% Better Every Day
