Graphic Designer Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Living Choice Australia (LCA), a leading provider of Retirement Villages, Residential Communities, and Over-55 Lifestyle Villages.
Responsibilities:
Design collateral material for LCA's Retirement Villages, Residential Communities, and Over-55 Lifestyle Villages, including event flyers, invitations, Capability Statements, newsletters, Apartment, Villa and site plans, letterheads, business cards, folders, digital assets etc.
Produce artwork in accordance with required deadlines and ensure delivery and quality.
Design signage, including billboards, sales office signage, village entrance, directional signage, expo panels, etc.
Assist with art direction and storyboarding of photo shoots.
Source best quotes for printing of collateral material and signage.
Design advertisements for digital and print publications, including newspapers, magazines, booklets, etc.
Upload copy and photos to LCA's websites, including apartment photos, Open Day events, news releases, apartment and site plans.
Regularly refresh photos on the websites to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Keep listings up to date on websites where LCA has paid listings.
Design electronic newsletters and e-invites for email distribution.
Assist the Marketing Managers with social media posts and uploads.
Prepare coloured floor plans, site, and leisure centre plans in collaboration with the architect team and key stakeholders.
Assist with the design of presentations for conferences, sales, and marketing meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years professional graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Previous experience using Asana to organise tasks and enhance collaboration (desirable).
Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and keen eye for aesthetics.
Satisfactory National Police Check.
Current and valid driver's license (C class).
