Role Charter :
The Graphic Designer will create impactful visual content that enhances Shopdeck's branding and supports e-commerce sellers in building their D2C presence. This role requires producing high-quality graphics and designs for marketing materials, social media, and various digital platforms. The Graphic Designer will contribute creatively to Shopdeck's brand image and support sellers in achieving their long-term brand aspirations.
Specific responsibilities include :
- Designing engaging and visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Generating fresh, innovative ideas for various projects, including social media and marketing.
- Delivering 10-15 creative designs per day that meet quality and brand standards.
- Collaborating within the design team to brainstorm, provide feedback, and maintain a cohesive creative work environment.
- Supporting the team with tasks such as image editing, file organization, and other design-related activities.
- Actively participating in design discussions for learning and development.
Key Competencies & Skill-Sets :
- Strong creativity and artistic skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (Figma is a plus).
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Excellent collaboration skills to contribute within a team.
Ideal Background :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) with Figma as a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
