We are looking for a Graphic Designer to be a part of our team and help us grow our presence across various digital channels!
Job roles and responsibilities
• Working on creatives and video content for digital platforms and our website
• Create prints and patterns for sustainable products such as bags
• Come up with highly engaging designs and collateral which is in accordance with brand attributes
• Close interaction with the marketing team to analyse and understand the requirement
• Innovate and come up with new ideas for the visual representation of content.
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
The ideal candidate should have -
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Software Proficiency- Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe After Effects
• Ability to quickly create video content and animation from scratch
• Understanding of different channels and mediums of brand communication. Working knowledge of what works and what doesn’t on Social Media platforms like Instagram, YouTube & Facebook
• Creative with consumer board, inspiration boards, mood boards, look boards, etc.
• Strong desire to understand how customers think and be interested in the way people choose and use products
• Have strong cultural knowledge (pop culture) and awareness of trends
• Ultimately, the candidate will help us create a communication strategy that will lead to higher conversion and strengthen our brand equity
• Start-up/early-stage experience and demonstrate the ability to work in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, and adaptive environment is a plus
