• We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid educational background from a reputable design institute (excluding Arena Multimedia) and possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. This is a full-time position, currently remote, with plans to transition into an office setting in 1.5 months.
Responsibilities:
• Create visually appealing and engaging designs for a variety of mediums, including print and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client objectives.
• Develop innovative concepts and design solutions that align with brand guidelines.
• Utilize industry-standard design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software to create and manipulate graphics and multimedia content.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets while adhering to project deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve design skills.
• Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual style across all projects.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Graduated from a recognized design institute (excluding Arena Multimedia).
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop unique and visually appealing designs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Working Conditions:
• 6 days working culture (Monday to Saturday).
• Office timings from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.
• Location: Work from home (Transitioning to a new office within a 5 km radius of Prahlad Nagar in 1.5 months)
• Position Type: Full-time
• Salary: 25,000 to 35,000 per month
