Position Summary: Sikich is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team with a versatile corporate portfolio including print and digital (e.g., publications, advertising/digital advertising, website landing pages, social media, logo identity, brochures, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of design experience and must be equally adept at taking direction and working both independently and collaboratively. Candidates should have a strong preference for a fast-paced, professional work environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to think creatively, have a very high level of attention to detail, and expresses ideas in an articulate, thoughtful manner. The candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and conduct market/industry research to fully understand client and project needs. An understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to follow those guidelines is a must. Candidate should be able to describe situational awareness for when to express confidence in and stand behind design decisions, and when to accept and act on critiques. The ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize deadlines is a must. Please provide PDF samples or online portfolio for consideration with resume. Primary Job Responsibilities: • Develop high-level marketing and communications design projects in print and digital formats. • Execute high-level creative art and conceptual design projects from concept through production, including the coordination of other design support resources. • Collaborate with executive level customers, communicators, and marketers to establish design and delivery expectations for large and complex projects. • Collaborate closely with the India Marketing stakeholders for India Marketing projects and their deliverables. • Coordinate with key stakeholders (US)/Marketing Team to collaborate with our US clients and manage their mandates. • Design and present creative concepts to internal clients. Requirements: • 3-5 years designing effective corporate print, identity, web, and digital projects. In-house experience at a professional services firm a plus. • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team managing multiple design projects with some supervision. • Deep understanding of visual design principles, composition, typography, storyboarding, and animation. • College or Vocational school graduate with degree or emphasis in Graphic and/or Communication Design. • Thorough knowledge and professional experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop). • Thorough knowledge and professional experience with designing in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. • Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with remote teams. • Knowledge/experience with print production process Why join us?
