If you have a flair for design, a curiosity about creativity, enjoy being part of a growing team and have a desire to make an impact, then we want to hear from you!
As a Graphic Designer, you'll join our dynamic team, working closely with our Production Manager, Creative Lead, and a bunch of other talented creatives. Together, we'll bring our corporate brand to life and showcase how we're making a positive impact for our colleagues, customers, and communities.
Whether you're crafting an infographic for a presentation, designing killer templates for social media, or creating exhibition banners for an internal event, you'll play a vital role in helping to communicate our brand strategy across various platforms. Additionally, you'll ensure consistency and quality in our creative output, making sure our brand stays on point and offering your insights to take it to the next level. And hey, there'll be plenty of opportunities for you to sharpen your skills and grow with the team!
Our mission is to protect and enhance the reputation of the Group through tailored, on-brand communication strategies and dynamic multi-channel campaigns. It's all about striking the perfect balance between being bold and risk-aware, fuelled by data and insights to continually improve and stay aligned with our overarching purpose.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our team to bring creative ideas to life, making sure they're on-brand and meet the brief's objectives
Have a social-first approach, crafting for multiple channels, from brainstorming to launch, while keeping an eye on content performance
A balanced mix of creative concepting and art-working of assets for various channels and platforms
