Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Create and design various materials for digital and print media.
Develop visually engaging graphics, including logos, websites, social media content, advertisements, brochures, and more.
Ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and create innovative designs.
Communicate effectively to receive feedback and make necessary adjustments.
Brand Identity:
Maintain and enhance the companys brand identity through cohesive and professional design elements.
Ensure all designs align with the companys branding guidelines and messaging.
Technical Skills:
Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to produce high-quality work.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and. technologies.
An ideal candidate should have:
1-3 years of experience
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong artistic ability and creative thinking skills.
Excellent visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with video editing and animation software is a plus.
Understanding of UX/UI design principles is beneficial
