Responsibilities as Graphic Designer:
• Create visual elements such as logos, illustrations, infographics, and other designs using graphic design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Design layouts for various print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, etc.
• Select appropriate fonts and typography for different design projects, ensuring readability and aesthetic appeal.
• Apply knowledge of color theory to create visually appealing designs, considering factors like color psychology and brand guidelines.
• Edit and manipulate images to enhance visual appeal and fit them seamlessly into design compositions.
• Work on developing or maintaining a brand's visual identity, including creating brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all brand assets.
• Understand the technical aspects of print production, including file preparation, color management, and printing processes, to ensure designs are print-ready.
• Be able to creatively solve design challenges and address client or project requirements effectively.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure designs are accurate, visually appealing, and error-free before finalizing and delivering them.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, prioritizing tasks and optimizing workflows to deliver videos on schedule.

Responsibilities as Motion Graphic / Video Designer:
• Review raw footage and select the best shots to use in the final video, considering factors such as composition, lighting, and continuity.
• Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to assemble footage, trim clips, and arrange sequences to create a cohesive story or message.
• Add transitions, visual effects, and animations to enhance the flow and visual appeal of the video, ensuring they align with the project's style and objectives.
• Adjust color balance, exposure, and contrast to achieve a consistent and professional look throughout the video, using color correction and grading tools.
• Edit audio tracks, including dialogue, music, and sound effects, to ensure clear and balanced audio levels and synchronization with the video.
• Enhance the auditory experience by adding sound effects, background music, or voiceovers to complement the visual elements and convey the desired mood or atmosphere.
• Create and integrate titles, captions, and graphics into the video to provide context, highlight key information, or reinforce branding elements.
• Work with scriptwriters, directors, or producers to develop storyboards or shot lists that outline the sequence of shots and transitions for the video project.
• Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines, prioritizing tasks and optimizing workflows to deliver videos on schedule.

Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate/graduate program or any relevant course.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an ability to think outside the box.
