Position Summary: This role is within the Electronic Instruments group, and more specifically the AMETEK Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business unit. This is a unique opportunity to join the AMETEK MRO marketing team to build out our digital and integrated marketing capabilities globally. We need someone with high energy and a go-getter/get-stuff-done attitude to design new content to engage and convert customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with marketing team and organization's stakeholders to gather requirements, make recommendations, and execute design for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to brochures, one-pagers, fact sheets, website graphics, social media imagery, email marketing templates, email banners, digital advertising, business cards, and other projects as assigned

• Partner with external vendors, as needed, to provide design direction and maintain cohesive design schema across all marketing materials

• Manage all design projects to ensure quality and timely completion

• Develop creative and engaging promotional, short-form video, Animations to promote the AMETEK MRO portfolio of brands to reach prospective and current customers

• Edit existing videos according to specifications for use at trade shows and other promotional channels

• Assist with captioning new videos as needed

• Highly skilled and creative in designing graphics for a variety of formats: web, product descriptions, social media, email marketing, video scripts, etc. Technical writing and/or experience writing for technical products is a strong plus.

• Develop relationships with marketing and sales team members to ensure success

• Follow and enforce brand guidelines

• UI/UX experience is a strong plus.

• Deadline-driven. Possesses project management and organizational skills.

• Experience with videography, animation, and photography is required.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Fine Arts or Graphic Design is preferred

Experience:

• 3+ years of relevant graphic design experience

• Experience working at a marketing agency or consulting is a strong plus

• Expert-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Able to interface with members at all levels within the organization

• Comfortable collaborating with team members in remote/distributed locations globally

• Highly skilled and creative in designing graphics for a variety of formats: web, product descriptions, social media, email marketing, video scripts, etc.

• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of design elements, including typography, color theory, and composition

• Deadline-driven; Possesses project management and organizational skills

• Experience with videography, animation, and photography

Typical Working Conditions:

• Work will be conducted mostly indoors in an office type environment.

• The use of PPE such as safety glasses and safety shoes may be required in designated working areas.
