Job Description – Graphic & Video Designer (Food & Beverage Industry Experience)

???? Experience: 2-3 Years in Food & Beverage, FMCG, or D2C Brands
???? Skills Required: Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, UI/UX (Figma)
???? Key Responsibilities
???? Branding & Visual Identity – Develop a strong and cohesive brand look across all platforms.
???? Social Media Creatives – Design engaging Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn posts, reels, and carousels.
???? Video Editing & Motion Graphics – Edit short-form videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Ads.
???? Ad Creatives – Design high-converting Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
???? UI/UX Design (Figma) – Create website banners, landing pages, and e-commerce visuals.
???? Product Photography & Retouching – Enhance product images for marketing use.
????️ Required Skills & Experience
✅ 2-5 years of experience in Graphic & Video Design, specifically in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or D2C brands.
✅ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
✅ Video Editing Skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
✅ Motion Graphics & Animation (After Effects, Canva Animations, GIFs, etc.).
✅ Strong Understanding of Typography, Color Theory, and Branding.
✅ Ability to Handle Multiple Projects – Works well under deadlines and pressure.
✨ Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
➕ 3D Packaging Design (Blender/Cinema 4D)
➕ Photography & Image Retouching
➕ Basic Knowledge of Social Media Trends & Viral Content
