Key Requirements
• Concept Development: Develop innovative visual concepts and designs that align with the client’s brand and objectives, ensuring creative solutions that are both visually compelling and strategically sound.
• Design Execution: Translate creative briefs into engaging and high-quality designs, illustrations, layouts, and video content. Utilize a deep understanding of design principles, video editing techniques, and multimedia formats to create cohesive and dynamic visual experiences.
• Presentation Creation: Create professional and visually appealing presentations to effectively communicate design ideas, concepts, and project progress to clients.
• Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of 3 junior designers, 1 video edition & 2 copywriters, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth within the team.
• Team Participation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, design critiques, and team meetings to contribute ideas and insights that drive innovation and excellence. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment that values diverse perspectives and creative approaches.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their vision and requirements, providing expert advice and solutions that align with their goals. Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in graphic design, visual storytelling, and video editing. Encourage continuous learning within the team to foster a progressive and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Senior Visualizer & Creative Lead or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
