Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Key Responsibility Areas in Order of Importance
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs and project objectives, ensuring that all visuals meet the client's branding and marketing goals.
Create high-quality designs for a wide range of media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.
Develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Use design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce compelling visuals and make revisions based on feedback from clients and team members.
Use video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or other.
Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines, delivering designs that are both on-trend and client-specific.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that all visuals contribute effectively to the overarching marketing strategies. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors’ strategies to keep designs fresh, modern, and competitive.
Present design concepts to clients, offering rationale for creative choices, and incorporate feedback into the final deliverables.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
Video Editor Key Responsibilities:
Editing Raw Footage: Assemble and edit raw video footage into cohesive content for promotional, educational, or entertainment purposes.
Special Effects & Transitions: Add effects, motion graphics, and seamless transitions to enhance visual appeal.
Audio Integration: Synchronize audio, add background music, and edit sound effects to create a polished output.
Video Optimization: Format videos for various platforms, ensuring compatibility and high quality.

Must Have
️ Strong understanding of Design principles.
️ Problem-solving ability, and Interest in taking on and solving a varied set of problems
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.
️ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or other video editing software.
☕️ Good English Communication Ability and the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box to deliver unique and innovative design solutions.
Research skills or willingness to learn
Proof of past Design work
⏳ Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills, from digital graphics to video design
Also:
Capacity to start as soon as possible
A laptop
Great WIFI so you can easily work in a remote work environment
️ Willingness to work 6 days a week (Mon-Sat) and be available for emergencies when required
Good to have
Past Experience in the same key responsibility areas
Any other Graphic Design or Video Editing skills not mentioned above
