The ideal candidate should have experience in creating compelling visual content and be capable of handling a variety of design tasks, from digital graphics to video editing.Note: This is an on-campusJoband requires traveling to Starex University Campus which is in Binola, Gurugram. Accommodation can be provided on campus.KeyResponsibilities:Design and Development:Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts using software such as CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Design promotional materials including brochures, banners, posters, flyers, and event collateral for both print and digital media.Develop engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.Video Editing:Edit videos for marketing campaigns, promotional content, and university events using video editing software.Create motion graphics and animations to enhance video content.Workon short films, interviews, and educational content for the university's online presence.Photography:Conduct professional photography sessions for university events, campus life, and marketing materials.Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality images are used across all platforms.Maintain and organize a library of images for future use.Brand Consistency:Ensure that all designs and visual content adhere to the university's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visual strategies that align with the university's branding and objectives.Collaboration:Workclosely with various departments to understand their graphic design, video, and photography needs, delivering creative solutions that meet their objectives.Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality and accuracy of printed materials.Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.Take ownership of the entire design process, from initial concept development to final production.Innovation and Trends:Stay updated on the latest design, video editing, and photography trends, tools, and technologies.Introduce new and innovative ideas to keep the university's visual content fresh and engaging.Qualifications:Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.Proficiency in photography, including photo editing and retouching.Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability toworkindependently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-qualitywork.Preferred Skills:Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools.Knowledge of web design and UX/UI principles.Experience in creating content for social media platforms.What We Offer:A dynamic and creativeworkenvironment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply:Please submit your resume, and a link to your portfolio to[HIDDEN TEXT]Join us at Starex University, Gurugram, and contribute to shaping the visual identity of a leading educational institution!
