Job Description
We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing visually compelling designs across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to create engaging visual assets that effectively communicate our brand message and captivate our target audience.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of mediums, including websites, social media, marketing collaterals, and print materials.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into compelling visual concepts.
3. Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity through the creation of visually stunning designs that align with the company's values and aesthetics.
4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate innovative ideas and techniques into your work.
5. Ensure all design materials are produced within specified timelines, and meet high standards of quality and accuracy.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure the final designs meet the project requirements.
7. Conduct regular quality checks on printed and digital materials to ensure they maintain the intended design integrity.
8. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate production and delivery of print materials when necessary.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.
3. Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Excellent visual and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, and receive feedback constructively.
8. Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, web design principles, and user experience (UX) design is a plus.
+. Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics software (such as After Effects) is an added advantage.
10. Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
